STACEY PERKINSON

Co-Founder and Executive Director

Stacey Perkinson, a native of Richmond, VA, has spent many years in the Chattanooga community educating the art of dance at her dance facility, Scenic City Dance. Stacey holds a BA in Dance from George Mason University and was recently awarded Outstanding Educator of the Year from Tennessee Association of Dance. Through HOYB, Stacey hopes to impact and inspire young children by providing a safe and creative environment for movement exploration and overall growth.

REBEKAH SAULS

Co-Founder and Development Director

Rebekah Sauls is a passionate about helping young people in Chattanooga through dance! A native of Chattanooga, Rebekah has been an elementary educator in the Opportunity Zone for 2 years as well as a dance educator for 6 years. She holds a BA in Dance and a BS in Early Childhood Education both from Kennesaw State University.
